    The application fee is $75, and the administrative fees is $225.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $375.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7 and 14 months.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.

  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid on the resident portal.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Only rent is included. You will have trash, sewer and water billed to your account from conservice.

  • Do you offer self-guided tours?

    Yes, self-guided tours are available.

  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    All apartments include in-unit laundry.

  • What are the parking options?

    We provide surface lot.

  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Yes, we offer a preferred employer program for local law enforcement, teachers and hospitals 

  • What languages do your team members speak?

    Our team speaks English and Spanish.

  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.
  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.
  • What is your pet policy?

    We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.
  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No, we are a smoke-free community.
